Job summary

Grant Thornton International Ltd seeks a Process Risk Experienced Associate to help clients understand business risks and address risk proactively and responsively. You’ll work with the Risk, Compliance & Controls Practice to deliver audits, controls reviews, and risk assessments with strong client service and confidentiality.

Day-to-day includes reviewing processes, managing engagements, and collaborating with managers and partners to resolve issues while meeting billing targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
• 1 year of related work experience in a consulting practice or cross-industry setting.
• CPA, CISA, CISSP, CIA or CISM license/certification desired.
• SOX 404 experience preferred.
• Experience performing audits and control reviews.

Responsibilities

• Review processes to assess business risk and control effectiveness.
• Assess risks related to Sarbanes-Oxley and ICFR.
• Maintain client relationships and gather information from client staff.
• Work with managers and partners to promptly identify and resolve issues.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to meet objectives.
• Adhere to professional standards and client confidentiality.
• Understand and manage firm risk on audits and proposals.
• Meet or exceed targeted billing hours.
• Other duties as assigned.
