Job summary

The Woodlands, TX-based Linde Corporate is seeking an experienced engineer to optimize process conditions and ensure reliable operation while balancing production with equipment protection. You will analyze data, assess risk, and communicate findings to operations and maintenance teams in a collaborative environment.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in chemical/process engineering, 10+ years of relevant experience, and familiarity with hydrogen or related gas manufacturing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Process, or related field preferred).
  • Ten or more years of relevant experience; more than 10 years may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience in plant operations, process engineering, or reliability engineering.
  • Hydrogen, CO, or CO2 manufacturing background preferred.
  • Process simulation modeling with UniSim, Aspen, or HYSYS.
  • Strong understanding of how process conditions impact equipment performance.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate findings into practical actions.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (operations, maintenance, engineering).
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills; balance production and reliability priorities.

  • Experience in plant operations, process engineering, or reliability engineering
  • You have a background in Hydrogen, Carbon Monoxide, or Carbon Dioxide manufacturing (preferred)
