Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Quincy, FL processing plant. The role focuses on multi-trade troubleshooting of production equipment, electrical, HVAC and building systems in a clean, food-grade environment.

Ideal candidates will have trade schooling and strong electrical/mechanical knowledge with teamwork. The position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and offers comprehensive benefits and an hourly pay structure.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with trade school/apprenticeship strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of basic electrical and mechanical theory and troubleshooting.
• Proficient with electrical test equipment: multimeters, amp meters, meggers.
• Ability to lift and handle up to 50 lb regularly and work in a clean food-grade environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and install various pieces of processing and packaging equipment.
• Troubleshoot building's Electrical Distribution, HVAC, and Lighting systems.
• Follow planned maintenance procedures and schedules for maximum efficiency and life span.
• Respond to line calls and maintenance tickets according to priority.
• Document the completion of all maintenance items per the Planned Maintenance Procedure.
