Job summary

Trulieve in Monticello, FL is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our processing plant. The ideal candidate is a multi-trade problem solver who can troubleshoot and maintain processing and packaging equipment in a clean environment.

You will work with the maintenance team to plan and execute preventive maintenance, assist with inventory, document parts usage, and respond to line calls. A trade school or apprenticeship and strong electrical/mechanical knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Trade schooling or apprenticeship completed (preferred).
• Strong electrical/mechanical theory and troubleshooting knowledge.
• Experience with low-voltage/control systems.
• Familiar with safety PPE and LOTO procedures.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and install processing and packaging equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical distribution, HVAC, and lighting systems.
• Follow maintenance schedules to maximize equipment life.
• Respond to maintenance tickets by priority.
• Document the usage of parts and maintenance completions.
