Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Process Technician to oversee and optimize production processes. You will monitor parameters, ensure quality, and lead continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing setting.

The role requires strong problem-solving skills, knowledge of process control systems, and the ability to analyze data to drive efficiency and safety compliance. This is a full-time position on 1st shift with standard manufacturing duties.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong understanding of process control systems, equipment, and manufacturing techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze process data effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the production process, from setup through completion.
• Monitor and control process parameters to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
• Mentor service technicians with guidance, training and support.
• Schedule and delegate tasks to ensure efficient workflow and meet targets.
• Analyze data to identify improvements and reduce waste.
