Job summary

Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials Inc. seeks a Process Engineer to support manufacturing operations, drive safety, quality, and productivity improvements, and lead process optimization projects on the plant floor.

You will collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, and EHS teams, perform data-driven root-cause analysis, implement capital projects, and promote Lean, Six Sigma, and robust process safety practices to deliver measurable performance gains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
• 3-4 years of experience in Operations Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with statistical tools and data analysis to identify and resolve manufacturing challenges.

Responsibilities

• Drive process optimization and continuous improvement to enhance safety, quality, efficiency, and cost performance.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Lead data analysis and root cause investigations to identify corrective actions.
