• Maintain cooker temperature, rate, and steam at peak operating levels.
• Monitor evaporation rate and control flow to presses and storage.
• Operate pollution control and wastewater systems; ensure safety compliance.
• Perform periodic preventative maintenance and address equipment issues.
• Keep work area clean and follow safety rules; participate in food safety program.
