Job summary

Mars is seeking a Process Machine Operator to support production with machine changeovers, quality checks, and CIP tasks. You will assist Production Coordinators and Maintenance, conduct daily CCP/OPRP checks, maintain records, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 3+ years in manufacturing, and proficiency with MS Office. Shift rotations include 12-hour cycles with weekend work, and a sign-on bonus is available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent education.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing role.
• Basic analytical and mathematical skills.
• Proficient using laptops, iPads, and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational efficiency, conformance to standards, product quality and drive continuous improvement.
• Operate, monitor, and perform changeovers on machinery.
• Train and assist other associates as needed, supporting Production Coordinators and the Maintenance team.
• Conduct temperature checks and CCP/OPRP checks daily; maintain logs and records.
• Handle ad hoc requests as required.
