Job summary

FuelCell Energy, Inc. is seeking Process Operators to join our manufacturing team at our climate-controlled facility. You will work in teams across multiple process areas to manufacture and assemble specialized fuel cell components with precision and quality.

On-the-job training will be provided. The role emphasizes safety, punctuality, teamwork, and willingness to learn, with opportunities to participate in process improvements and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of manufacturing experience preferred; experience in warehouse, construction or other fast-paced environments will be considered.
• Proven attendance and punctuality in prior roles.
• Ability to follow work directions in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to learn to use electronically controlled equipment and precision measuring tools.
• Ability to work and communicate effectively in a team-based environment.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Report to work on time, ready to learn and follow WI/OCP to meet quality and production requirements.
• Operate manufacturing processes and assemble fuel cell components as part of a team.
• Maintain ownership and pride in work while adhering to safety protocols.
• Interact positively with coworkers and internal/external customers; communicate effectively.
• Participate in process improvements and support teammates; willingness to work overtime when required.
