Performs a wide variety of electronic, electro‑mechanical, mechanical or measurement product assembly operations on product components, large and small assemblies or sub‑assemblies. Determines and/or follows work instructions and sequence travelers of operations in performing wiring, component installation, welding and fitting on assembly units. Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.
Performs hands‑on manufacturing tasks while meeting quantity and quality standards and requirements.
Performs all essential functions in a safe manner, as defined by FCE Environmental Health & Safety standards, OSHA and all applicable regulations.
Interacts and communicates in a positive and respectful manner with all coworkers, managers, and internal/external customers.
Follows work instructions to meet production requirements, including interpretation of drawings (or similar documents such as blueprints ) as required .
Performs other duties as assigned.
Education: Minimum HS Diploma or GED required. Trade School or Military experience a plus.
Experience: Previous manufacturing or mechanical experience strongly preferred; experience working in automotive repairs, construction, or other assembly type environments will also be considered.
