AOC is seeking a Production Operator (Formulator) at its Lakeland, Florida resin manufacturing plant. The role involves operating formulating equipment, following batch procedures, and ensuring safety and quality through to packaging.

You will transfer formulated products, complete documentation, and participate in safety and production meetings. Must have HS diploma, forklift certification, and manufacturing experience; 12-hour rotating shifts are required.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of relevant work experience or manufacturing background preferred.
• Forklift certification required.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and apply training on the job.
• Basic computer and data entry skills for production documentation.
• Reliable, punctual, motivated to learn and team-player.

Responsabilidades

• Operate formulating equipment and monitor processes per batch procedures.
• Produce resin products according to production schedules and quality specs.
• Transfer formulated products into drums and label finished products.
• Complete required production documentation accurately.
• Identify safety hazards and report to supervision.
• Operate forklifts/jockey/semi-trailer equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift.
• Participate in team, safety, training, and other required meetings.

AOC’s Resin Manufacturing Plant in Lakeland, Florida is seeking a dependable, safety-minded Production Operator (Formulator) to join our team. This hands-on role involves operating formulating equipment, adhering to production schedules and safety procedures, and communicating any safety or equipment concerns. Main Responsibilities

• Complete required training to understand and follow all company, job, safety, quality, and compliance procedures, including but not limited to: ISO, DOT, OSHA, EPA, and SDS requirements
• Operate and monitor formulating equipment, following all batch and production procedures, to safely produce resin products according to production schedules and quality specifications
• Transfer formulated products into drums, label finished products, and complete required production documentation
• Monitor equipment and processes, promptly reporting any safety hazards, mechanical issues, or other concerns to leadership
• Safely operate in-house forklifts, jockey, and/or semi-trailer equipment, as needed
• Participate in team, safety, training, benefits and other required meetings
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift
• Other duties as assigned
• Must be able to work 12 hour rotating shifts.
• Manufacturing environment; Exposure to noise, chemicals, and varying temperatures; Requires PPE and adherence to safety procedures
• May require standing, walking, lifting, and working around operating equipment
• May require overtime as needed to support plant operations

Experience and Qualifications

• Must possess High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years of relevant work experience, or previous experience in manufacturing industry required; Able to perform the essential functions of the position
• Must possess forklift certification
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions and apply training on the job
• Basic computer and data entry skills for production documentation
• Reliable, punctual, motivated to learn and ask questions
• Team-player, treats others respectfully and professionally
