Job Description:

Location: Elizabethtown, PA

Title: Process Operator

Pay:

• Starting at $24.88/hour based on experience
• $1.50/hour shift differential (if on rotating shift)

Manufactured Product: Dove Chocolate

Shift Details:

• Rotating shifts among 1st (6:30 AM - 3:00 PM), 2nd (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM), 3rd (10:30 PM - 7:00 AM), and 4th (week off)
• 8-hour shifts Monday-Friday
• 12-hour shifts on weekends (off every other weekend)
• One full week off per month, in addition to other days off

Job Purpose:

Responsible for product/machine changeovers, quality checks, CIP (clean in place), product quality monitoring, and supporting production and maintenance teams.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years in a hands-on manufacturing role
• Basic analytical and math skills
• Proficiency with laptops, iPads, and Microsoft Office

Physical Requirements:

• Lifting/carrying 10-50 lbs., pushing/pulling 50-200 lbs.
• Handling, gripping, bending, stooping
• Ability to work at heights, climb stairs, lean over equipment
• Stand for extended periods (minimum eight hours)
• Flexible schedule to support production needs
• English language skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4+ years in manufacturing
• Experience in food/beverage manufacturing
• Maintenance skills
• Forklift certification

• Expertise in assigned areas, multi-area functionality
• Ensure efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement
• Operate, monitor, and change over machinery; resolve issues
• Train team members and support maintenance
• Conduct quality checks, maintain records, and logbooks
