Mars is seeking a Process Machine Operator to support production with machine changeovers, quality checks, and CIP tasks. You will assist Production Coordinators and Maintenance, conduct daily CCP/OPRP checks, maintain records, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 3+ years in manufacturing, and proficiency with MS Office. Shift rotations include 12-hour cycles with weekend work, and a sign-on bonus is available.

Process Machine OperatorDescription of Role: Responsible for product and machine changeovers, quality checks, cleaning-in-place (CIP), continuous improvement recommendations and assisting Production Coordinators and the Maintenance team when necessary.
