Job summary

Primient is seeking a Process Operator for a highly automated, 365/24/7 plant. You will perform varied duties, learn key skills from day one, and advance toward becoming a skilled technician.

You’ll operate a state-of-the-art system with strong safety focus, climb stairs, handle lifting up to 55 lbs, and work as part of a team or individually while following SOPs and PM instructions. This role requires weekend/holiday coverage on a rotating D-shift schedule, with pay starting at $27.84 per hour

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 55 lbs.
• Able to climb stairs and ladders in variable temperatures.
• Proficient written and verbal communication.
• Ability to follow SOPs/PM task instructions.
• Willing to work shifts including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate a highly automated, state-of-the-art system safely.
• Follow safety rules and identify potential safety issues.
• Maintain detailed logs and communicate with production teams.
• Troubleshoot lab equipment and process equipment as needed.
• Assist I&E technicians and mechanics as required.
• Perform housekeeping and area clean-up after jobs.
