Overview

Our products are marketed across all U.S. retail channels, including grocery, club stores, mass merchandisers, foodservice, export, U.S. military, and private label.

Responsibilities
  1. Review production schedules to ensure correct equipment setup (fryer, popper, extruder, rotor, etc.) and availability of raw materials for efficient production.
  2. Maintain compliance with British Retail Consortium (BRC) standards, including Food Safety, HACCP, Food Defense, Allergens, and GMPs within the plant.
  3. Monitor in-process and finished products to ensure quality standards are met, including proper control and retention procedures.
  4. Verify that all materials are properly counted, weighed, labeled, and documented with correct information.
  5. Oversee the safe and efficient operation of all equipment on the production line.
  6. Ensure availability and accessibility of partial pallets, bags, containers, with proper documentation such as part numbers, weights, and expiration dates.
  7. Report equipment malfunctions to the supervisor for maintenance action.
  8. Confirm raw materials meet all customer and Eagle Foods specifications.
  9. Maintain good housekeeping practices throughout the shift.
