Job description

We're seeking Process Operators who are passionate about turning raw materials into high‑value products. If you have a curious mind, a strong work ethic, and a desire to be part of a global leader, this role is for you!

Schedule & Compensation
  • Schedule: Mapleton Plant, 12‑hour rotating shifts (days and nights), including weekends and holidays
  • Hourly Rate: $30.10 probationary rate; once qualified, $38.41 to $39.46/hr, plus a $0.65 per hour shift differential and 1.5× pay for overtime and Quarterly Bonus
  • Benefits: Effective the first of the month post‑hire – medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance, plus a Health Savings Account (HSA)
  • 401K Plan: The Company will make a matching contribution of 100% up to 6% of the employee’s contribution plus 1% of the employee’s contribution per calendar year
  • Safety Shoe Allotment: $25
  • Vacation: Accrued, prorated vacation time available after 6‑month probationary period
Work Environment

The plant atmosphere can be demanding, with varying temperatures, noise levels, and potential exposure to heights. Respiratory protection may be required in certain areas and it may also involve encounters with pests.

What You Will Do
  • Operate and maintain equipment, transforming corn into its valuable components.
  • Ensure our products meet the highest standards of purity and consistency.
  • Identify and resolve challenges to optimize efficiency and product quality.
  • Contribute to process improvements and new product development.
  • Safely operate and maintain production equipment within specifications.
  • Diagnose equipment issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Identify and recommend enhancements to processes and procedures.
  • Monitor production operations through computer systems and controls.
  • Conduct product sampling and testing to ensure compliance.
  • Load, unload, and transport raw materials and finished products.
  • Perform physically demanding tasks (standing and walking for extended periods, climbing stairs and ladders, working in confined spaces, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and product movement.
  • Safely handle and work with chemicals according to guidelines.
  • Prioritize safety in every action, safeguarding yourself and your team.
  • Learn and perform various job duties as needed.
What You Will Bring
  • High school diploma or GED (required)

  • Strong computer skills (UKG, SAP, Excel, Outlook) (desirable)
