You will learn all tasks and equipment within the process lane and contribute to meeting production demands through a rotation program. Ideal candidates have an interest in plant operations, safety, and teamwork, with the ability to follow established procedures and work with DCS

Qualifications

• Know how to operate plant equipment and follow procedures.
• Capable of in-process testing and maintaining MPI records.
• Work well in a team and safely handle chemicals and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Load and process reactors according to established procedures.
• Perform in-process quality testing as directed.
• Learn and operate equipment in the process lane, including DCS systems and material handling equipment.
• Coordinate workflow within the team and with other departments to support changing production demands.
