Responsibilities

• Set up injection molds in injection molding machines and secondary/auxiliary equipment.
• Establish and adjust processing parameters to specifications.
• Assist in preparing and setting up material by managing drying, mixing, and feeding systems.
• Minimize downtime through effective planning and time management.
• Assist in optimizing injection molding processes by adjusting machine settings and monitoring performance.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on machines and tooling in collaboration with maintenance teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
