RTX's Pratt & Whitney F135 engine depot in NAS Jacksonville seeks a process engineer to provide daily shop floor support and drive process improvements on gas-turbine maintenance.

What You Will Do:
  • Provide daily process engineering shop floor support to Pratt & Whitney's F135 engine depot located at NAS, Jacksonville.

What You Will Learn
  • You will gain experience in gas-turbine engine maintenance processes, robust standard work development, hardware configuration verification, and troubleshooting parts or processes out of control. You'll develop a deeper understanding of F135 Aftermarket operations, cross-functional problem-solving, precision measurement, and enterprise systems such as SAP.
  • You will also become familiar with best practices in Environmental, Health & Safety within a high-complexity aerospace environment.

This position is classified as: Onsite. Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
