Placements24 is seeking a skilled Process Mechanical Engineer to optimize mechanical processes in Upington. You will analyze existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement mechanical solutions to improve efficiency, safety, and reliability across production workflows.

The role requires a degree in Mechanical Engineering (or Chemical Engineering with a strong mechanical focus) and 6+ years of relevant industrial experience.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled Process Mechanical Engineer to optimize and innovate mechanical processes within their operations in Upington. This role focuses on improving the efficiency, reliability, and safety of mechanical systems involved in production and operational workflows. You will analyze existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement mechanical solutions to achieve business objectives. This is a key position for an engineer looking to drive process excellence in a significant regional center in the Northern Cape.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current mechanical processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for optimization.
• Design, develop, and implement mechanical solutions to enhance process efficiency and output.

Requirements
