We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Process Mechanical Lead Engineer in Missouri. As part of our team, you’ll have the chance to work on projects that bring innovative solutions to municipal clients’ water and wastewater challenges locally and worldwide.
As Missouri Process Mechanical Lead Engineer, you’ll be charged with planning, preliminary, and detailed design of water and wastewater pumping stations and treatment plants across Missouri and the region. This will include specifications and plan development associated with pumping stations and treatment plant upgrades and expansions. You will prepare general arrangement drawings for treatment equipment and tanks, design piping and pumping systems, and provide oversight of construction. You’ll evaluate and select equipment, piping materials and valves, assist with facility layouts, develop calculations, process flow diagrams, P&IDs, and construction documents. In addition, you’ll coordinate with other project disciplines, direct the work of CAD designers, and produce construction documents.
Using your leadership skills, you’ll serve as the Process Mechanical Discipline Lead on projects, overseeing process mechanical teams and providing overall leadership. This role will also serve as the point of contact for our process mechanical practice, collaborating within the community of practice, setting standards and best practices within our region, and mentoring and growing our team.

The base salary range for this position is $105,000.00 to $145,000.00. Inside the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
