Job summary

STV is seeking a Process Mechanical BIM Specialist for our Water Practice in Texas to provide leadership, technical guidance, and mentorship in building information modeling (BIM) for process mechanical design. This role emphasizes collaboration, standards development, and project performance improvement.

Responsibilities include creating and managing detailed BIM models, coordinating with design teams, and ensuring compliance with BIM execution plans and client requirements while driving

Qualifications

• 6+ years of AEC industry experience with a strong focus on BIM for process mechanical design.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Experience with Revit, AutoCAD and ACC platforms.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to participate in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

STV is seeking a Process Mechanical BIM Specialist for our Water Practice to provide leadership, technical guidance, and mentorship in building information modeling (BIM) for any of our Texas locations. The ideal candidate will have the technical acumen and managerial skills to facilitate smooth design, coordination, and construction workflows while optimizing project quality and productivity.

• Collaborate with technical and design teams to develop, implement, and maintain company-wide BIM standards, procedures, and protocols.

Requirements

• Professional Certification in BIM Management.
• Knowledge of construction scheduling and estimating practices.

Compensation Range: $68,088.00 - $77,373.00
