Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Process Mechanic to support a Thermal Media Manufacturing operation in Windsor, Colorado, with two coating machines, seven finishing slitters, and building/site maintenance.

The role involves a 12-hour rotating shift on a 5 1/2-day schedule, electrical installations, and maintenance, preventive/predictive maintenance, and collaboration with engineering and operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in automated equipment maintenance.
• Possess analytical trouble shooting skills driving to root cause of issues
• Work effectively under pressure, display initiative and work safely
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communications skills to work in and contribute to an integrated operations/maintenance/staff team environment
• Experience in Chemical Mixing, Delivery, and Coating operations
• Electrical/Electronic/Machine controls: pumps, Control valves, Web conveyance
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical (motors/ PLCs /drives)

Responsabilités

• Lean Manufacturing concepts and techniques.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Aptitude to learn quickly.
• Ability to take initiative and work with minimal guidance.

Education And/Or Experience Specifications:

• High school diploma or GED required

Pay: $24-$30 Based on experience
