Net at Work is seeking an experienced Industry Solution Manager to serve as the strategic bridge between market needs, customers, sales, delivery teams, and technology partners for process manufacturing ERP solutions.

The role focuses on defining solution strategies, pricing and packaging, supporting go-to-market execution, enabling the sales organization, and delivering differentiated value to process manufacturers while driving revenue growth and market share.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in offering management, services and/or product management, marketing, or business development.
• Strong knowledge of the process manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and launching process manufacturing business application solutions.
• Strong knowledge of ERP business applications (CRM and HRMS a plus).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee services/solutions planning and development, research industry trends, and define market-ready offerings.
• Own solution management lifecycle, aligning customer requirements with delivery readiness.
• Collaborate on go-to-market strategies, pricing, and collateral with marketing and sales.
• Engage customers, analysts, and partners to validate offerings and gather feedback.
• Monitor performance metrics and adapt strategies based on data insights.
