The main purpose of this role is to create, manage, train, and report on the processes utilized within the Service department.
The Field Service Process Manager is accountable for creating the internal and external processes and process flows for the service department. Once created, the Process Manager will maintain the process as needed and to also train all required parties on the processes and where to find them. The Process Manager will support other teams in the organization as necessary with understanding and implementing processes and documentation. Also, the Process Manager will help create and report out on KPI’s and any other metric related data from the department.
Manage the creation, training, and reporting of Service Department processes.
Create and report out performance metrics (internal and external).
Create and manage process and process flow for working with purchase order requisition creation and closeout (i.e. receiving).
Help evolve Eos service operations in a profitable service business through service optimization.
Working with other departments, i.e., Engineering, Product Management, to continuously improve product serviceability and service offerings and efficiency.
Support department managers in creating, reporting, and maintaining department budget.
Innovate and drive continuous improvements projects.
Maintain a working knowledge and cooperate with internal departments, i.e., HS&E on safety programs like NFPA70E, LOTO, OSHA10, NERC, etc.
Provide Leadership for Eos’ Field Service Health and Safety program in collaboration with Eos’ Health and Safety department and promote a “safety first and safety always” culture for the field service operations team.

Ability to work independently, and proactively with minimal supervision
Ability to work in a fast paced, unstructured environment
Exceptional communication skills; ability to lead by example and through influence
Understanding of BESS systems preferred.
High attention to detail and a high level of accuracy are required.
Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively.
This position will require periodic domestic and international travel.
Proficiency with Power BI preferred.
Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal, is required
Solid Computer skills: Windows, Office, Teams, Field Service Management Software
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor's degree in technical field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years' experience required.
5 years of experience in electrical, power electronics, alternative energy, and networking/communications is preferred.
At least 3 years of BESS operations experience is preferred.
Overnight/North America: 10-25%
Office Environment - Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time and occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.R equired to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading. May be required to e xert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
Customer/Partner Locations – Employee may visit customer or partner locations that may be comprised of office, manufacturing floor, laboratory environments and construction sites depending on the location and reason for visit.
