Nevada Gold Mines is seeking a Process Maintenance Supervisor at our Carlin operation. You will lead and mentor a maintenance crew, coach technicians, and drive safe, efficient execution of the maintenance plan in collaboration with production teams.

Qualifications

• Proven safety record and ability to support safety and production goals.
• 3–5 years in a maintenance function is required.
• Supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Technical training in maintenance or mechanics is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees and contractors at all levels.
• Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision and support of a crew of maintenance technicians.
• Provide training and coaching for technicians.
• Engage the process maintenance crew to ensure safe, efficient completion of the maintenance plan.
• Establish and refine maintenance strategies in consultation with production.
• Ensure Predictive Maintenance and routine activities meet equipment performance goals.
• Develop a safe and productive crew and ensure accurate documentation.
