Job summary

Mativ is seeking a Process Maintenance - Mechanical Journeyman to support mill assets including paper machines, folios and embossers at Whiting, WI. Primary daytime schedule with rotating weekends; call-ins and holidays may be required.

Starting pay is $43.16/hour with double time for Sundays and holidays per the CBA. The ideal candidate will have a Journeyman card or state license, 4+ years of experience, and strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to follow safety protocols and operate in industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance to ensure reliability and uptime of mill equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems and support equipment; install, repair or replace components as needed.
• Assist with service calls, maintain tools, parts, and service records; participate in modifications when required.
