Job summary

Romac Industries in Sultan, WA is hiring a Process Machine Operator I (Molding Day Shift) to handle the first level of molding process machine operations. You will follow work instructions, meet quality standards, and work Mon – Thurs 4:00 am – 2:30 pm with potential training shifts.

Base compensation ranges from $22.25 to $28.61 per hour, with additional quarterly profit-sharing and year-end bonuses, plus comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Team player mentality with the ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written).
• Strong math skills and ability to read measurements with a tape measure.
• Basic understanding of computers and proficiency with basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions, drawings, established quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Meet defined production expectations for an inexperienced operator.
• Learn to differentiate sizes of subcomponents and finishes and load/unload using material handling tools.
• Inspect subcomponents for materials, dimensions, and finishes to meet quality standards.
• Maintain schedule adherence and the physical demands of the job.
