Job summary

Bayer is recruiting for a Process Leader in Indianola, PA, 1st shift (6am–2:20pm, Mon–Fri). You will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate records and efficient processes, while leading a team and driving continuous improvements.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong problem solving, and collaboration with multiple departments to meet production goals and compliance standards. Salary is hourly with differential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in medical device or mechanical assembly.
• 1 year leadership experience.
• 1 year of quality control or production planning/inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of quality, shift and production records and data entry.
• Train team members and provide direction to ensure duties are performed effectively.
• Lead development and execution of team improvement plans for operational excellence.
• Provide day-to-day feedback and opportunities for improvement to team members.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and support continuous improvement.
• Assist in implementing corrective actions and disciplinary measures as needed.
• Maintain relationships with teammates, supervisors, managers and quality/engineering support.
• Track attendance, approve PTO and document hours for payroll.
