Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business process engineering.
• Experience with BPM tools.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Lean Six Sigma.
• Proficiency with Visio or ARIS for process modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Active security clearance or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current business processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Design and implement improvements using process modeling.
• Integrate Agile and Waterfall to optimize IT lifecycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and outcomes.
• Develop documentation for process flows and improvement plans.
• Recommend enhancements and monitor implementation success.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align goals.
