Job summary

Under guidance, you will analyze production issues, implement engineering solutions, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support continuous improvement and operational success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 0+ years in manufacturing engineering or related field; internship or co‑op in manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and improving manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Support the implementation of process changes, including equipment setup, workflow improvements, and standard work practices.
• Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and basic improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to support problem‑solving and process optimization efforts.
• Assist with documentation of manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and process changes.
• Support troubleshooting efforts to resolve production issues and improve equipment performance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing waste and increasing efficiency.
• Follow established safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in all engineering activities.
• Assist in evaluating equipment and tooling to support production requirements.
• Support testing and validation of new processes or equipment changes.
• Participate in projects related to process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Communicate updates and findings to supervisors and team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
