Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or related field).
• Minimum of 3 years in a high-volume, high-mix manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading or supporting process improvement initiatives.
• Hands-on layout optimization and workflow design.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and problem-solving methods.
• Develop standardized work, process documentation, and best practices.
• Conduct time studies, capacity analysis, and line balancing in a high-mix environment.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance to drive improvements.
• Track KPIs related to throughput, scrap, and labor utilization.
