Job summary

True Rx Health Strategists is seeking a Process Improvement Coordinator to partner with leaders across the organization to identify, prioritize, and implement improvements that boost quality, efficiency, and customer experience. The role focuses on facilitating cross-functional projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving.

You will coach teams, map processes, and measure outcomes to sustain gains across True Rx.
