Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in multivariate techniques (PCA/PLS) preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex processes.
• Experience with nutraceutical and/or pharmaceutical powders and liquids preferred.
• Experience optimizing blending operations in lab or production is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze data to support process improvement initiatives.
• Create documentation of in-process monitoring analyses and recommendations.
• Support and lead scientific studies.
• Troubleshoot problematic formulations.
• Gather data to validate in-process parameters and finished product specs.
• Perform bench trials and data collection for product formulation.
• Prepare specifications, documentation, and reports related to formulations.
• Provide ongoing technical support to internal/external customers.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and government regulations.
