Job summary

Walker Filtration US – Rock Hill, SC, seeks a Production & Quality Manager, Process Filtration to lead production, testing, and quality operations for process filtration products. You will drive operational excellence, ensure quality standards, and lead continuous improvement in a clean room environment.

The role oversees production, logistics, and test teams, focusing on safety, SOPs, and compliance with FDA CFR Title 21, ISO 13485, ISO 14644, GMP. International travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, automation, and lab operations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to foster a positive and collaborative culture.
• Must exhibit strong mechanical aptitude.
• Experience with machine maintenance, programming and repair is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively with limited supervision while maintaining a high level of quality.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for production, logistics, and test teams, ensuring quality and cleanliness standards are met in the clean room environment.
• Coach and train team members in safety, SOPs, test methods, programming, and quality requirements.
• Operate and train personnel on machinery and test equipment for producing process filters.
• Coordinate and monitor production orders and schedules to ensure timely manufacturing and delivery.
