Job summary

ExxonMobil is seeking a Process Management and Improvement Advisor to partner with process owners and senior leaders. The role focuses on translating PM&E strategy into practical standards, designs and measurable change across functional and cross-functional engagements.

You will draft, test and apply standards under the PM&E Capability Manager’s guidance, helping build reusable assets and knowledge transfer. This is a senior, on-site opportunity at ExxonMobil’s Houston/Spring area campus.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years in BPM, process analysis, process improvement, operational excellence or transformation.
• 3+ years in BPM/process architecture and 2-4 engagements with implementation or measurable outcomes.
• Direct facilitation with senior leaders and process owners in a global matrix.
• Experience creating standards, playbooks, training or reusable assets.

Responsibilities

• Lead defined functional and cross-functional engagements from discovery to future-state design and sustainment.
• Draft and maintain BPM process hierarchy, taxonomy, modeling, documentation, metadata and lifecycle standards.
• Develop playbooks, templates, training materials and criteria for methodology selection across BPM, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile and journey methods.
• Model and analyze processes using mining and operational data to evaluate handoffs, delays, rework and impacts.
