Barton Mines Company seeks a Process Equipment Operator for its North Creek, NY operation. You will operate Ruby Mill equipment, including ball mills, spirals and float, to maximize garnet production. The role requires safety-focused execution in a demanding industrial setting.

Expect a rotating 12-hour shift (4 days on, 4 days off) from 5:00am–5:00pm or 5:00pm–5:00am, with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits after 30 days of employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must understand and follow safety rules and regulations.
• Able to lift up to 55 lbs and work on concrete floors.
• Read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Previous industrial experience preferred.
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends/overtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate Ruby Mill equipment including ball mills, spirals and float.
• Aide in the garnet production process to maximize efficiency and quality.
