Job summary

Sanmina Corporation, a leading EMS provider, is seeking a Process Engineering Technician in Carrollton, TX. You will perform technical tests for process engineering, monitor lines, and optimize box build and PCBA workflows to improve yield and efficiency.

You will set up and calibrate equipment, analyze data, and provide technical support across projects, with emphasis on Kaizen/Lean improvements and cross-functional collaboration. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or two-year technical degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of electromechanical assembly and PCBA manufacturing.
• Able to work in a team environment and be self-directed.
• Results and quality oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; English required.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical tests and experiments for process engineering in manufacturing.
• Monitor, audit, and provide guidance to line operators.
• Set up, calibrate, and maintain assembly and processing equipment.
• Develop and maintain assembly line layouts and workflows.
• Run monthly validation of SMT and mechanical assembly equipment.
• Provide technical support to projects and perform root cause analysis on defects.
