Job summary

Sanmina Corporation in the United States is seeking a Manufacturing Process Technician to perform tests and set up SMT processing equipment, monitor lines, and generate data for yield improvement.

The role involves working with SMT printers, reflow, selective soldering, conformal coating, epoxy dispensing, and BGA rework in a low-volume, high-mix environment. Experience with IPC/ISO standards and lead-free profiling is valued.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in electronics manufacturing.
• Experience with SMT equipment and rework processes.
• Familiar with IPC/ISO standards; lead-free profiling.

Responsibilities

• Create and validate SMT Printer programs, during prototypes.
• Support continuous process improvement projects.
• Evaluate and troubleshoot SMT profiles, product equipment, fixtures and tools.
• BGA rework process development.
• Work with Process engineer team in conducting experiments.
