• Requires degree in food sciences or engineering and 3+ years in process/product design and engineering in consumer products, food, or feed manufacturing.
• Willingness to travel 50–60% for site support and projects.
• Not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support in machinery maintenance, capability, evaluation, training, and modifications for factories
• Provide expert technical assistance on processes and quality issues
• Select, evaluate, and recommend equipment and system designs
• Support continuous improvement of dry pet food production processes and equipment
• Evaluate process capabilities, identify limitations, and recommend practical, cost-effective solutions
• Partner with marketing, R&D, engineering, operations, quality assurance, product services, procurement, production, and finance
• Provide technical process support across multiple manufacturing sites
• Troubleshoot process challenges, support trials, and help validate equipment or process modifications
• Assist with process-related capital improvements, line enhancements, and factory capability studies
• Travel approximately 50-60% to manufacturing sites to support factory teams and understand equipment, process flow, and site-specific needs
