Job summary

SourcePro Search, LLC is seeking a Manager of Process Engineering in Austin, TX, onsite. Base salary ranges from $150,000 to $160,000 with an annual bonus. You will lead a manufacturing engineering group and drive design transfer of new products into production.

You will guide DFMs, lead process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, compliance and efficient production.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in process or manufacturing engineering.
• 3+ years managing an engineering team.
• Machining background and NPI experience.
• Hands-on with CMMs, vision systems and profilometers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop manufacturing engineers and technicians.
• Serve as the process and manufacturing expert on cross-functional teams.
• Drive design transfer of new products into production.
• Provide DFM input on engineering prints and communicate capabilities to design teams.
• Oversee CAPA, project management and quality systems.
• Lead lean reviews and Kaizen events; contribute to IP submissions.
