The Manager, Process Engineering, ISO will lead and manage the Process Engineering Teamresponsible for the design, development, and implementation of new or revised processes to support new
or legacy product innovation and drive continuous improvement. Initiatives include safety, product quality,consistency, cost reduction, higher efficiency, and greater machine utilization performance. This senior
leadership position requires advanced organizational and problem-solving skills, knowledge, education,leadership, and work experience to develop solutions to complex problems. The position will primarily
support the ISO Process Engineering team and the ISO network, and will travel as needed.
