KingRecruitingServices in Austin, TX is seeking a Manager of Process Engineering to lead a manufacturing engineering team onsite. You will guide cross-functional development teams, drive design transfer of new products into production, and own process validation and quality-system deliverables.

Ideal candidates have a mechanical engineering degree and 10+ years in process/manufacturing engineering, plus 3+ years of people leadership.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in process or manufacturing engineering.
• 3+ years managing an engineering team.
• Hands-on experience with CMMs and inspection systems.
• NPI experience and design transfer knowledge.
• Strong GD&T and data analysis skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and develop manufacturing engineers and technicians.
• Serve as the process and manufacturing expert on product teams.
• Drive design transfer of new products into production, in-house and at suppliers.
• Provide DFM input on engineering prints and communicate capabilities to design teams.
• Guide process capability assessments and implement improvements.
• Design and develop processes, tooling, fixturing and automation.
• Write and review process validation protocols and reports.
• Ensure documentation meets quality system requirements (BOMs, routers, FMEAs).
• Own deliverables tied to CAPA, project management and quality systems.
• Plan and lead manufacturing technical reviews and development builds.
• Participate in lean reviews and Kaizen events; contribute to IP submissions.
