Henkel’s Paste-Packaging value stream offers a Process Engineering Intern role within its Adhesive Technologies unit. You will gain hands-on experience in a real-world manufacturing environment, provide production floor support, and contribute to continuous improvement projects focused on efficiency and quality.

You will write and edit manufacturing instructions, help resolve non-conformances, and collaborate with experienced engineers on meaningful innovations.

Formación

• Undergraduate student graduating in 2027 or 2028 pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Packaging Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong data interpretation skills.
• Self-starter, fast learner, able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Solid technical writing and documentation skills.

• This internship is eligible fora housingstipend or relocation support.
• This internship has a duration of May 24th – August 13th
• Recruitment for our 2027 internships starts in September 2026 and runs through early March 2027 or until all our positions are filled

The salary for this role is $22-$27/hour. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
