Responsibilities

• Supports production teams in day-to-day operations, including machine cleanup and housekeeping
• Provides day-to-day process troubleshooting support to operations
• Attends morning shift exchange meetings
• Collaborates with platform leadership on changeover resource allocation and scheduling
• Supports changeovers to ensure efficiency
• Maintains changeover documentation for the process
• Assists process engineers in identifying causes of material variances
• Assists process engineers in minimizing waste streams
• Assists process engineers in establishing and maintaining maximum safe production speeds
• Assists process engineers in resolving product specification and BOM issues
• Follows all safety guidelines and identifies areas for improvement
• Performs other responsibilities as requested by the Process Engineering Manager
