Qualifications

• Hands-on approach with a strong desire to learn and grow in a technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Get hands on experience working in a chemical manufacturing environment.
• Drive Innovation and Process Optimization Initiatives aimed at improving quality and efficiency while reducing cost.
• Execute changes effectively through use of management of change tools.
• Analyze data and other process outputs to reduce variability.
• Investigate deviations using root cause analysis to implement sustainable solutions.
