Job summary

First Quality is seeking a manufacturing/process improvement professional to support Platform Engineers on trials, projects, and long-term assignments on the production floor. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with quality and safety standards.

You will lead plant-wide process improvements, review product specifications for accuracy, and provide assistance on continuous improvement projects to boost efficiency, reduce scrap, and enhance safety.

• Provide assistance on continuous improvement projects for improvements in efficiency, scrap, quality, and safety
• Assist with new material trials on the production lines
