Job summary

First Quality is seeking a production support professional to assist Platform Engineers on trials, projects, and long-term assignments on-site in the United States. You will collaborate across teams to drive improvements and ensure accurate specifications are maintained.

You will lead plant-wide improvements, support efficiency, scrap reduction, quality, and safety initiatives, and assist with new material trials on the production lines to sustain manufacturing excellence.

Qualifications

• Support the Platform Engineers on trials, projects, and long term assignments.
• Lead plant wide process improvements (run to target, document standardizations, and audits)
• Review product specifications for accuracy
• Provide assistance on continuous improvement projects for improvements in efficiency, scrap, quality, and safety
• Assist with new material trials on the production lines
