Tremco Construction Products Group (CPG), part of RPM International Inc., invites a Process Engineering Co-Op to learn, experience, and contribute to the polyurethane sealants and coatings manufacturing process. The co-op will develop an understanding of the relationship between the manufacturing process and the various teams that support the process.

During this term, you will work with the process and quality engineering group to support safety, quality, maintenance, and production processes,

Competenze

• High School diploma required.
• Sophomore, junior, or senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical focus).

Mansioni

• Lead small projects for process or equipment improvement.
• Collect data for process waste reduction.
• Edit or create P&IDs.
• Collaborate with Process Engineers on capital projects.
• Conduct meetings to communicate information or collaborate on projects.
