International Flavors and Fragrances (IFF) seeks a Manufacturing Technology Co‑Op for Spring/Summer/Fall 2027 in Madison, WI. Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Able to work full‑time (40 hours/week) for the co‑op term.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through investigation, scope, design, and implementation to improve safety and capacity.
• Build data visualization dashboards in plant historian.
• Support capital projects and assist commissioning during plant shutdowns.
